Arthur shot this feature that could have been called “Girls of the Alta Moda”. The theme of the series was the models who were brought to work the collections. One photo per girl, but with her name and some biographical information in the caption. Attention to a model’s identity was rare in fashion magazines.
Bazaar ended up using shots of 11 models. Kelly Emberg, Nancy Donahue, Shaun Casey, Lisa Ryall, Donna Sexton, Michelle Stevens, Kim Charlton, Juli Foster and Gia. ~Thing of Beauty (that’s only 9, wonder who the other 2 models were)
